TTG announced on June 14, 2016 that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shenzhen Kingdee Youshang Ecommerce Service Co., Ltd, s subsidiary of Kingdee International Software Group Co., Ltd, a company listed in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Ticker 0268, “Kingdee”). Kingdee is one of the market leaders in development, manufacture and sale of enterprise management software products and provision of software-related technical services in the PRC.

TTG will provide its payment solutions to Kingdee’s cloud warehousing and cloud accounting functions and promote Kingdee’s products to TTG’s clients.

“Partnership with Kingdee allows TTG to penetrate into the biggest enterprise market in the PRC.” TTG’s Chairman Mr. Xiong said.
