On November 5, 2014, TTG and Shenzhen YiDianDian E-commerce Co., Ltd (referred to as YDD) held a signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement in Shenzhen. Mr. Zhou Qirui, vice-chairman of TTG, and Mr. Tang fuxiang, chairman of YDD, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. In the agreement, YDD is authorized as a merchant developer and professional service provider of TTG’s own intelligent POS equipment.

YDD has a wealth of resources in professional promotion and service team, as well as of experience in merchant development and business service. The cooperation is aimed at utilizing both respective resources and advantages to get TTG’s intelligent POS equipment into the national market. Meanwhile, TTG will take the opportunity of intelligent POS equipment to help build YDD into the largest third-party professional service provider of merchant intelligent terminal, providing standard, scale and professional basic services for merchants.
