The FTC Board of Directors appointed Mr. Hong Yupeng as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company 

on 18 January 18 2021 to succeed the duty of Ms. Zhou Chenyao.

The Chairman and members of Board of Directors, and all members of the Company are very grateful to 

Ms. Zhou Chenyao for her important contribution to the development of the Company during her tenure 

as Independent Non-Executive Director of the company. At the same time, we wish Ms. Zhou Chenyao to 

expand her ambitions and achieve greater achievements in her new development.

Resume of Mr. Hong Yupeng

Mr. Hong Yupeng, born in September 1976, graduated from Xiamen University Law School with a Master 

of Laws. He is a lawyer in China for 7 years in the areas of civil law practice and company legal services 

and most recently working in the key role of Chief Executive Officer at Longling Capital across internet investment affairs.
