On September 15, 2012, the 2012 Global Web Alliance Advertising Forum (referred to as GWAAF 2012) was held at the Great Hall of the People in Zhejiang Province (also named Zhejiang International Conference & Exhibition Center) in order to co-build the increasingly strong Internet industry platform, push for the formation of an open, cooperative and win-win web alliance, and promote the development of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). It was co-hosted by the People’s Government of Hangzhou Municipality and PANSHI, the largest global Chinese web alliance; assisted by West Lake International Expo Hangzhou China, Hangzhou Economic and Information Technology Commission, the People’s Government of Gongshu District, and Canal Advertising Industry Park Hangzhou.

The theme for this forum is”How to Spread through the Web Alliance to Help SMEs”. As the most famous and influential grand meeting in the Internet industry, this high-level forum has invited more than 5000 Internet CEOs, webmaster elites and entrepreneur representatives of SMEs, as well as more than a hundred media professionals to attend. Ms. Xia Wenfang, TTG’s Manager of Project Department, was invited to attend and make a speech on the ULPOS project.
